RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you ordered a stock product and you would like to return it for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of delivery.
PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. In the rare event there is a problem with any personalized item that you received, please let us know and we will handle it for you.
Please contact us prior to sending your item back to get a return authorization.
Make sure item is in new condition, with tags, and send it back to us at the return address on your invoice. Include your name, order number and a note letting us know what you would like to do (return or exchange for another size / color, etc).
For returns, when we receive the item back, provided it is in new condition, we will credit your account for the purchase price. Any shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges, when we receive the item back, provided it is in new condition, we will send the replacement item you have requested out to the original shipping address. If there is any additional money due, we will contact you prior to shipping the replacement item. In the case of any refund being due, we will automatically credit your original form of payment before shipping the replacement item. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the new item to you.
**We cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.
